About Me
I help organizations translate complex initiatives into clear, scalable solutions that improve adoption, readiness, and execution in real-world environments.
With over 20 years of experience across corporate, field-based, nonprofit, and operational settings, my work sits at the intersection of solutions enablement, strategic delivery, and workforce readiness. I partner with stakeholders to reduce friction, accelerate onboarding, and build systems that support consistent execution, particularly in high-accountability contexts.
My background spans adult learning, leadership development, and operational training. While much of my work has taken the form of instructional design and enablement programs, my focus has always been on outcomes over artifacts: what changes in performance, clarity, and execution occur because the work exists.
✅ I start with the business problem, not the content.
✅ I design for real environments, not ideal ones.
✅ I favor clarity, usability, and adoption over complexity.
✅ I measure success by execution, not engagement alone.
Much of the work represented here is proprietary or client-confidential. The case studies and examples on this site are sanitized narratives (with some specifics where applicable) intended to demonstrate approach, decision-making, and impact rather than expose internal systems or materials.
My professional foundation includes formal training in adult education, instructional technology, and leadership, in conjunction with hands-on experience leading programs, teams, and initiatives across diverse environments. That combination has shaped a practical, execution-first approach to enablement: one grounded in accountability, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
The gym is my second home. Fitness is more than a hobby for me—it’s a lifestyle. Whether I’m lifting, running, or trying out a new workout routine, I thrive on pushing my limits and staying active.
I take my BBQ as seriously as my projects. As a true Texan, I love smoking meats and experimenting with different rubs and techniques. If you ever need a brisket recommendation, I’m your person!
I’m a lifelong learner at heart. Whether it’s theology, instructional design, or a random deep dive into a new skill, I’m always seeking ways to grow and expand my knowledge.
Our home is a haven for animals. If there’s a stray in need, it somehow finds its way to us. From dogs and cats to chickens (and a few unexpected guests), our family is constantly surrounded by animals.
I love turning ideas into reality. Whether I'm building systems that help teams execute or planning my next BBQ cookout, I'm drawn to the work of taking vision and turning it into something that actually functions.
If you're interested in how I think about enablement, execution, and clarity or want to discuss how learning and systems can better support real-world performance, I am always open to a conversation.
