A rapidly growing professional services organization replaced an outdated, manual deal intake process with a new workflow system designed to improve coordination, accountability, and scale. I designed and delivered a role-based enablement solution that aligned tightly with the new system, accelerated adoption, and supported execution across multiple teams.
The enablement approach balanced executive priorities with frontline realities, using personalized learning paths and guided simulations to help users quickly understand their role in the process and execute with confidence. The resulting platform is expected to help scale the division from approximately $750M to over $1B in revenue.
